I’m not sure about what service I would need, do you offer consultations?

Yes. We offer free consultations where you’ll be able to
discuss your needs and goals with a certified technician, who in return will be able to devise a personalized treatment plan and give you all the information you need to make the right choice.

How do I prepare for my first appointment?

Our website contains pre-treatment and post treatment tips and requirements so you can get optimal results. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment when get a treatment done for the very first time at our clinic to fill out your health questionnaire.

Can I book my treatments in advance?

Yes. If you know your availabilities in advance, you can call us to book your treatments, write to us on social media or book the following appointments directly with our secretary or your technician at our clinic at the end of your treatment.

Do I have to advise my technician of any allergies or conditions I may have, or medication that I am taking?

Yes! For your ultimate safety, it is essential to disclose all allergies, medications being taken and current/ past conditions to your technician before your treatment as well as any changes that may have occurred since your last visit. 

Why do I need to wear an endermowear™ suit during my Endermology treatment?

To assure a perfectly hygienic environment and to respect our
clients’ privacy, we ask that each client purchase an endermowear™ suit before their first treatment. Strictly for individual use, it is to be worn during each endermologie® session and brought with you to each appointment. The unique composition of the endermowear™ suit provides an excellent grab of the skin fold to maximize the effects of your endermologie® session.

How many laser hair removal sessions do I need to be hair free?

The number of laser sessions required to be hair free vary from person to person and depend on multiple factors such as hair type, skin sensitivity, hormones and more. For this very reason, we offer free consultations with a certified technician which would be able to see you in person to analyze your hair type, give you an estimate & answer any additional questions you may have! Do you offer laser hair removal services for people with darker skin tones?

Yes. We offer multiple laser hair removal technologies to suit all skin tones & hair types.  

Are cryolipolysis results permanent?

Cryolipolysis is clinically proven to produce permanent results. Once the treated fat cells have been frozen through cryolipolysis, they die. The body’s natural reaction is to remove these dead fat cells through its natural elimination process. This is not temporary; the cells are permanently destroyed and eradicated from the body. Once these fat cells are gone, they are gone for good. Any area that receives treatment will have a permanent reduction in the number of fat cells of up to 25%.

What is the difference between Microneedling and Meta-Therapy?

One of the main differences between Microneedling and Meta-Therapy, is that the latter is a gentler treatment aimed towards the reduction of fine lines and surface wrinkles and causes minimal redness, whereas Microneedling reaches a deeper level of the dermis to treat mature wrinkles and scaring. It requires a downtime of 24h-72h.
